Portable Storage Buildings

All portable storage buildings are delivered free up to 50 miles from either location. There may be a milage charge for any building delivered over 50 miles. Call for more information.

We must have access to the location in which the storage building will be placed. All obstructions (including fencing) must be removed. We can at times move some obstructions and fees will apply. Call for more information

Buildings will be placed on concrete blocks and leveled on the blocks. Building must be level to function correctly.

Customer is responsible for getting an electrician to connect power to the storage building. Please Note: We are not responsible for local plumbing and electrical codes. Purchaser assumes these responsibilities.

Customer is responsible for Permits and codes.

Carports, Garages, and Barns

All Carports, Garages, and Barns can be delivered and installed anywhere in the southern states.

Carports, Garages, and Barns are installed on your foundation. Area must be level for the building to function properly. It is recommended to install enclosed garages and/or barns on a level concrete foundation.

Certified buildings are available for areas where permits are needed.

Customer is responsible for permits and codes.
